
Chase Chanin
Associate
Chase Chanin was born and raised in Parkland, Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida in 2020. Following his undergraduate studies, Chase graduated cum laude from Florida International University College of Law in 2024. He earned Awards in Environmental Law and Florida Constitutional Law that recognize the highest-performing student in each course. After discovering his passion for estate planning through tax-related coursework, he pursued and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2025, where he specifically focused on the taxation of trusts and estates. He distinguished himself in the LL.M. program by receiving the Book Award in Federal Tax Research for the highest grade in the class.
During law school, Chase gained practical experience working with individuals on tax and government benefit matters. He served as a law clerk at Legal Services of Greater Miami, where he assisted clients with federal income tax issues, as well as Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid claims. He also worked with Legal Aid Service of Broward County’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where he supported clients in resolving IRS disputes and exploring collection alternatives.
Chase is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and is proud to be part of the Lakeland community. Outside the office, he enjoys playing pickleball, watching Gator sports, and spending time with his wife, Juliana, and their rescue pit bull mix, Linda.
